SEA. SAND. SUN. Where the sun meets the shore
Conrad Dubai proudly unveiled Sea. Sand. Sun., the second showcase in our evolving Public Arts Space, as part of the global Conrad Art Encounters initiative - a brand program designed to illuminate the connection between art, design and destination across Conrad Hotels & Resorts.
Curated by FS Karachiwala in collaboration with maria lari of Social Arts, the exhibition invites viewers into a sensory and emotional dialogue shaped by nature’s most elemental forces: golden light, deep waters and shifting terrain. Spanning abstract compositions, textural mixed media, sculptural pieces and dreamlike seascapes, the works explore themes of transformation, stillness, and renewal - resonating deeply with the rhythm of Dubai’s ever-evolving landscape.
Located on Level 6, the space itself is reimagined as a seasonal tapestry, welcoming hotel guests, residents and the wider creative community into a living conversation between movement and meaning.
The opening night was a celebration of collaboration and creativity. Over 17 regional and international artists were in attendance, their perspectives bringing to life a diverse cross-section of styles, mediums and stories. A special thank you to the artists whose works transformed our walls into portals of expression.
Conrad Dubai’s Public Arts Space was created to serve as a platform for emerging and established artists alike, offering visibility, opportunity and dialogue within a luxury hospitality context. With Sea. Sand. Sun., this vision continues to unfold, reinforcing our commitment to building cultural bridges and supporting creative voices from the region and beyond.
